In a situation like this we will be faced not only a lack of improvement, but certainly a change in performance.
A super-workout along with a lifestyle as wrong incorrect power supply, poor sleep, work stress, family problems, can lead to symptoms such as:
-
irritability - lack of appetite
- increase joint pain
- increase in resting HR in the morning you just wake up
-
depression - decreased libido
-
lack of concentration - decreased body weight
- diseases
sleep - chronic fatigue
- easy to get infections.
often do not pay attention to these signals, otherwise we must take precautions:
- absolute rest for at least 1 week (less severe cases)
- increased consumption of carbohydrates with protein
decrease - increase in consumption Antioxidants
- try to sleep 8-9 hours.
E 'well anyway try to prevent this syndrome with simple rules of behavior:
-good recovery between sessions of training
-balanced diet, good sleep
-integrate with massages, relaxation
Workouts no longer than 60 '

In conclusion, a proper sport is fundamental to the functional recovery of the body, trying to be ourselves the doctors of the body, feeling what we are suggesting, and face a new training only when we really recovered from the previous year. All this accompanied by a healthy and balanced lifestyle will allow for a continual improvement in performance.
"Come to the movement, but wisely."
